TUGS (The Unit Gym Sessions)

Starting on Friday 1st May 2026

A small group strength training session designed specifically for older adults, capped at just 10 participants, to ensure a supportive
and personalised experience. Led by Georgia, a coach with over 15 years of industry experience. These sessions focus on building strength, improving mobility, enhancing balance, and boosting confidence - all within a relaxed, no-pressure environment. Regular participation can also support joint health, bone density, and everyday function, helping you stay independent, reduce the risk of falls and continue doing the things you enjoy with ease.
